Return Policy 

Products are accepted for a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with proof of purchase.

●      Simply send an email with the reason for your return, photos, and your order to Spooklaneart@gmail.com

●      We do not provide postage or return labels

●      Please carefully pack your item to protect against damage and return to the following address: Spook Lane Art, 145 Spook Lane, Reading, PA  19606

●      If damage has occurred during shipping, we will firstly offer a replacement if possible. If not, a refund will be issued with proof of purchase and clear and obvious photos that show said damage to the original payment method.

●      We reserve the right to request that you file a claim with the shipping company if there is evidence of damage in transport. 

Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue the return to the original payment method. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and issuer of that card shall also apply.
